Rebecca Beyer teaches wild foraging and Appalachian folk ways in the Mountains of Western North Carolina. She runs the Blood and Spicebush School of Old Craft and the Sassafras School of Appalachian Plantcraft with fellow forager Abby Artemisia of the WANDER School teaching Appalachian folk medicine, wild food foraging, cooking and preservation. Rebecca covers the Southeast USA and travels.
