Msitu: Forage & Feast


I am a foraging tutor who runs courses and I also make preserves and cakes from foraged ingredients. I am a full time wild food specialist who loves nothing more than sharing my love of foraging with others. I have taught foraging in Leeds since 2007 and now also do farmer’s markets, where I sell my unique preserves made with foraged ingredients as well as gluten free food.
